Matthew Lyons
Matthew founded Crown & Wing Consulting to help small businesses, family-owned companies, and independent professionals improve operational organization, financial visibility, and long-term planning.
With experience spanning financial markets, relationship management, and strategic planning, Matthew brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping businesses improve decision making and operational efficiency behind the scenes.
Prior to founding Crown & Wing Consulting, Matthew worked with Southeast Trust Company, ITB Capital Management, and James I. Black & Company Investments, building experience in investment management, trust services, and client advisory work.
Matthew resides in Naples, Florida with his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Blair. Outside the office, Matthew enjoys playing golf and staying active in the community through the Pelican Bay Rotary Club and Gulf Coast Runners.
